COVID-19 EVENTS UPDATE
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local officials, and the Alameda County Public Health Department. As we continue to move forward during this time, we would like to keep you informed on our upcoming events.
Oakland Arena Events
Please note that the Oakland Arena Box Office is currently closed until further notice. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work with our promoters and live event partners on providing you with new information regarding our concerts and events.
The following shows have been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date:

Sporting Events
Oakland Panthers Games
The Indoor Football League canceled its 2020 season in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fans who purchased single game tickets for the 2020 season will be able to obtain refunds through their point of purchase (Ticketmaster, arena box office, etc.). 2020 Season Ticket Holders will be contacted by the team with details regarding refunds.

Postponed Tours
In regards to postponements, we are currently waiting for the tour to be rescheduled. Once the event has confirmed a new date, we will begin working through refund requests.
Tickets Purchased at the Oakland Arena Box Office
We are currently working with our credit card merchant services to process refunds for events that have cancelled. If you used a debit or credit card to purchase tickets at the Oakland Arena box office, please hold onto the tickets until a refund appears on your bank statement.
If you purchased tickets with cash, we ask that you return the physical tickets to begin the refund process.
We also suggest sending them with a tracking number in case they are lost in the mail.

Once we receive the tickets, we will contact you regarding the return payment.
If you purchased from another point of purchase, please contact them for their refund procedure.
