The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local officials, and the Alameda County Public Health Department. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. For any ticket inquiries please contact your point of purchase.
Box Office Refunds
Postponed Tours
In regards to postponements, we are currently waiting for the tour to be rescheduled. Once the event has confirmed a new date, we will begin working through refund requests.
Tickets Purchased at the Oakland Arena Box Office
The box office is open on Friday’s from 12pm-5pm. Please bring your tickets and we can assist you in person.
If you choose to mail your tickets we request that before mailing the tickets, you take a photo for your records. In case they are lost in mail we will need this information.
We also suggest sending them with a tracking number in case they are lost in the mail.

Along with the tickets, please include a note with the event name, your name, phone number and email address. Once we receive the tickets, we will contact you regarding the return payment. If you purchased from another point of purchase, please contact them for their refund procedure.
We appreciate your patience as we as we work hard to fulfill a high volume of refunds. To keep our staff, customers and community safe, refund processing may take longer than usual.
