COVID-19 EVENTS UPDATE

 

The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local officials, and the Alameda County Public Health Department. As we continue to move forward during this time, we would like to keep you informed on our upcoming events.

 

Oakland Arena Events

Please note that the Oakland Arena Box Office is currently closed until further notice. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work with our promoters and live event partners on providing you with new information regarding our concerts and events.

 

The following shows have been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date:

Pearl Jam: April 18 and April 19

Feed The Streetz: May 24

Aventura: August 8

 

The following shows are officially rescheduled:

Andre Riéu: March 3, 2021

The Millennium Tour: April 3, 2021

Rage Against the Machine: June 11 & 12, 2021

A.R. Rahman: July 16, 2021

The Weeknd: August 3, 2021

My Chemical Romance: October 6, 2021

Lit AF Tour: November 20, 2021

Nick Cannon Presents MTV Wild ‘N Out Live Tour 2020: April 8

Lauren Daigle: October 19

Alejandro Fernandez: August 1

Sporting Events

 

Oakland Athletics Games

All Oakland Athletics games are currently postponed, and the opening of the 2020 regular season will be pushed back in accordance with the updated recommendations, released on March 15, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) restricting events of more than 50 people. The Oakland A’s are working with Major League Baseball on alternative plans for their games that will be impacted at the Coliseum. The Oakland A's will provide more information about plans for the games, including ticket policies for impacted games as new information becomes available. 

 

Oakland Panthers Games

The Indoor Football League canceled its 2020 season in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.The IFL’s Board of Directors also on Monday approved an extended 16-game schedule for the 2021 season to add additional value for season ticket holders and sponsors. Fans who purchased single game tickets for the 2020 season will be able to obtain refunds through their point of purchase (Ticketmaster, arena box office, etc.). 2020 Season Ticket Holders will be contacted by the team with 2021 seating details.

 

Box Office Refunds

Postponed Tours

In regards to postponements, we are currently waiting for the tour to be rescheduled. Once the event has confirmed a new date, we will begin working through refund requests. 

 

Tickets Purchased at the Oakland Arena Box Office

We are currently working with our credit card merchant services to process refunds for events that have cancelled. If you used a debit or credit card to purchase tickets at the Oakland Arena box office, please hold onto the tickets until a refund appears on your bank statement.

 

If you purchased tickets with cash, we ask that you return the physical tickets to begin the refund process.

 

Before mailing the tickets, we ask that you take a photo for your records. In case they are lost in mail we will need this information.

We also suggest sending them with a tracking number in case they are lost in the mail.

Once we receive the tickets, we will contact you regarding the return payment.

 

If you purchased from another point of purchase, please contact them for their refund procedure.
