Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" and backpacks of any size are not allowed inside the Oakland Arena. 

Costume Policy Feld Entertainment and its affiliates kindly ask that all guests wear appropriate attire to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. We reserve the right to deny admission or request the removal of anyone wearing clothing that may be deemed unsuitable or distracting to others. This includes, but is not limited to:

•    Costumes and costume masks, which are not permitted for guests aged 14 and older

•    Clothing featuring offensive content, such as inappropriate language or graphics

Please be advised that diaper bags will undergo inspection and must comply with the Oakland Arena bag policy. 

Parking: 1.5 hours before showtime

Box Office: 1.5 hours before showtime

Doors: 1 hour before showtime

Entrances: Plaza Club, East, and North

(North entry is open on Saturday & Sunday only)

Outside food, beverages, and hard plastic or metal water bottles are prohibited within Oakland Arena.

Guests taking rideshare at Oakland Arena will need to proceed to the rideshare pick-up/drop-off points at the 66th Ave main gate. The 66th Ave main gate will open 1.5 hours before the event. Visit the Getting Here page for more information

Strollers are not allowed inside Oakland Arena.

Please note that attendees two years of age and older need their own ticket to enter Oakland Arena.

Your phone is your ticket. To ensure easy access please log into your Ticketmaster account and download your ticket before you arrive to avoid issues.
