The arena has hosted NBA Championships and legendary performances from artists such as Adele, Paul McCartney, and Prince, as well as more Grateful Dead shows than any other venue. Legends Lounge
This sleek and modern venue accommodates up to 150 guests for a cocktail partry and features a large central bar and flexible lighting. Enjoy your next reception among legends.
The Vault Bar & Lounge
Located on the event level of Oakland Arena, the Vault offers an ideal setting for a contemporary cocktail party, easily accommodating up to 120 people.
Theater Boxes
This swanky event space accommodates up to 170 guests and features a large central bar, mood lighting, and warm wood tones. The Theater Boxes are perfect for sophisticated cocktail receptions, breakout sessions, intimate celebratory dinners and more.

Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum is a favorite of sports fans and outdoor enthusiasts. A premier destination for private functions, the Coliseum features some of the coolest venue spaces in town. From high-end luxury to hip industrial, we have a space to match your taste!
East Side Club
Located directly off of the BART Plaza, the East Side Club accomodates up to 3,000 guests and features a grand foyer and high ceilings with sweeping views of the Coliseum.
West Side Club
Oakland's favorite tavern, with pristine views of the playing field, accommodates 1,000.
The Treehouse
Our most popular indoor/outdoor space with stadium views, game tables, and a terraced deck with field views.

Can we bring our own food or catering?
No, outside food or beverage is not permitted inside the Oakland Coliseum Complex. All catering must be coordinated through our in-house or approved catering partners to ensure quality and compliance with venue policies. Food trucks may be permitted for use in our outdoor areas with prior approval and proper licensing and insurance.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we have a limited inventory of tables and chairs available. Additional rentals can be arranged through our preferred vendor partners if needed.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer extensive on-site parking with options for general admission, VIP, and accessible parking. Parking configurations can also be customized for your event layout.
What kind of audio-visual equipment is included?
Our venue includes state-of-the-art A/V infrastructure. Basic sound and lighting packages are available, and our technical team can help design a custom setup for larger productions.
Can we host both indoor and outdoor events?
Yes, the venue includes both indoor spaces and large outdoor areas that can be activated for festivals, receptions, or team-building events.
Do you require event insurance?
Yes, all events must provide a certificate of insurance naming the venue as an additional insured. Our team can share specific coverage requirements.
Are there any noise or time restrictions?
Outdoor events must comply with local sound ordinances and end by the designated curfew time of 10:00pm. Indoor events may have extended hours with prior approval.
Do you allow alcohol service?
Yes, alcohol service is provided through our licensed bar and catering partners. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Dedicated bandwidth for production or live streaming can be arranged.
Do you provide event staffing or security?
Yes, basic venue staffing of security and janitorial services are included with most rentals. Additional staffing may be required based on event size and nature. The Oakland Coliseum Complex is a full Union property.
