The AEG Oakland Community Foundation is committed to fostering meaningful partnerships that uplift families and empower children through purposeful engagement. In support of this mission, the Legends Global team recently visited EnCompass Academy in Oakland, where they distributed more than 450 books to students and highlighted the importance of literacy.

 

During the visit, team members engaged with students by sharing their individual career paths and providing insight into how literacy has played a role in shaping their professional journeys. They also read aloud to the students, creating an interactive and uplifting atmosphere that fostered enthusiasm for reading.
