Your phone is your ticket. To ensure easy access please log into your AXS account and download your ticket before you arrive to avoid issues.

Screenshots and photos of tickets will not be accepted for entry.

Drop off Will Call tickets are not accepted. 

To pick up Will Call tickets, please proceed to the Arena Box Office located on the plaza level at Oakland Arena. 

Guests picking up Will Call tickets are required to show a valid photo ID in their name. The name on the valid photo ID must match the name on the Will Call ticket envelope. No exceptions to this policy can be made.

Guests who purchased Early Entry Tickets may enter through the Plaza Club entrance between 6:30pm - 7:00pm. 

All other GA guests with tickets for the GA Floor must enter through the South Tunnel entrance only when general doors open at 7:00pm. Entry will be denied at all other entrances. 

Merchandise will be available for purchase at 5:00pm in H Lot - see map below.  There is no ticket required to enter this area as it is open to the public.

*A $40.00 parking fee will be charged for standard vehicles and a $140.00 parking fee will be charged for oversized vehicles coming on property. There are no in & out privileges for parking if you plan on coming early to purchase merchandise on the day of the scheduled event. 

Please note that all merchandise is limited and may sell out early.

Guests taking rideshare at Oakland Arena will need to proceed to the rideshare pick-up/drop-off point at the Baldwin gate. The Baldwin gate will open at 6:00pm. Visit the Getting Here page for more info.
