The Coliseum Complex is jointly owned by the City of Oakland and Alameda County and managed by ASM Global. ASM Global, operates and consults with more than 300 of the world’s preeminent venues across five continents, providing complete venue management services including operations, guest services, ticketing, culinary services, content development, sales and marketing.

Alcohol
Beverages of any kind may not be brought into Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands, beverage carts and clubs throughout the Coliseum. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to purchase alcohol.
Animals
The only animals permitted at the Coliseum are certified service animals. Owners must have appropriate certification in their possession. Service animals in training will not be permitted to enter Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum unless they are authorized in advance.

Bag Check
Bag Check is not available for non A’s events at the Coliseum
Bag Policy
For All Non-athletics Coliseum Events
Bags larger than 14"X14"X6" and backpacks of any size are not allowed inside Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
For Oakland Athletics Events
The A's offer bag check to guests who may have items that are not allowed into the stadium, or whose bags dimensions exceed 16" x 16" x 8". Bag Check is located outside the stadium near D Gate, at the kiosk on the north side of the property. Bag Check opens when the stadium gates open until approximately the bottom of the 2nd inning. Bag Check will reopen near the top of the 7th inning and closes 20 minutes after the final out.
BART
Access to Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum via Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is available by exiting at the Coliseum/Airport BART Station on the Fremont/Richmond line and Dublin/Pleasanton line. There are additional ramps leading to the north lot (A Gate) and to the south lot (B Gate). BART service from the Coliseum runs with the last train leaving at approximately midnight. Ball Retrievers
For the safety of our guests, ball retrievers are not permitted in the Coliseum during A's games. Ball retrievers confiscated inside the Coliseum will not be returned.
Banners & Signs
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. Each sign and banner must comply with the guest code of conduct. Signs and banners may be displayed at games as long as:
- They do not obstruct the sight line of another guest
- They are not larger than 3' tall x 6' wide
- They are not in the field of play.
- They do not cover up any existing signage.
- They are not commercial in nature.
- They do not contain obscene or inflammatory language
- They are not paraded around Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
- They are not in poor taste as determined in sole discretion of coliseum management.
Baseball Bats
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum management reserves the right to remove any bats from the stadium at any time. Baseball bats are permitted for autographs before the game only. Once the batting cage is pulled (45 min. before game time), all bats must be checked in at the Security Office in Section 126 for pick up after the game.
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle parking is available below the flagpoles located in the north parking lot (near F Lot) and south parking lot (near E Lot).
Bike Patrol
For assistance and safety in the parking lots, Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum provides bike patrol units at all games. Bike Patrol Officers will have the capacity to serve guests as escorts to their cars, contacting and locating AAA, and monitoring the parking lots.

Brooms, Sticks & Poles
For the safety of our guests, brooms, sticks and poles are not permitted at the coliseum. On days that the A's are going for a sweep, small whiskbrooms will be permitted. Brooms may not exceed four feet in height. No sticks, and/or metal poles of any type are permitted at any time.
Camera Policy
Non-professional cameras with a lens under 3" are permitted in the Coliseum. Professional cameras of any kind are NOT permitted without the proper team-issued media credential.
Photographs taken at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Camera bags are not permitted inside of the Coliseum.
Canceled Events
If an event is canceled please retain your ticket and return to the original point of purchase for a refund.

Code of Conduct
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, and the Oakland Athletics want all fans attending an event to have a fun, safe and enjoyable experience. Please review the fan code of conduct for the Oakland Athletics listed below:
Oakland Athletics Code of Conduct:
The Oakland Athletics are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a family entertainment environment:
- Guests will follow the specified policies regarding carry-in items. Guests will allow any acknowledged representative at the gate of entrance to search items being brought into the stadium.
- Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons entering the playing field.
- Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience.
- Guests will refrain from smoking in or near the coliseum. The stadium is a "Smoke Free" facility in accordance with O.M.C. 8.30.040. All types of smoking including e-cigarettes are prohibited on the property.
- Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
- Impaired or intoxicated guests will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
The Oakland Athletics reserves unto itself the right to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior. Any guest that fails to comply with any of the above stated policies is subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest.
Concierge Desk
There are two concierge desks to accommodate our Suite and Club Seat Holders. One is located near the Shibe Park Tavern entrance, directly behind section 217. The other is located in the East Side Club, directly behind section 242. All-Suite Holders should check-in with the Concierge Desk for access to their suite.

Customer Accomodations
The Season Ticket Services Office is located on the West Side of the coliseum between gates C and D, which is directly next to the West Side Club entrance.
Designated Driver Program
For Athletics Games:
Guests may sign up for the Designated Driver Program at any of the Guest Services Hubs located inside the stadium. The hubs can be found at Section 101, 134, and 217, as well as at the Guest Services Office at Section 126. Participants are asked to pledge to stay sober and be a designated driver for their party in exchange for a free soda to be redeemed during that day's game. Guests will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win tickets to a 2018 World Series game or the 2019 MLB All-Star game. Guests must be 21 years old to participate in this program and to redeem the prizes.

Access Routes:
- Guests with tickets for sections 100-134, including Bleachers, should enter through C or D Gates. For access to sections 200-234 or Plaza Reserved, guests should use the Plaza Club Entrance, or either of the entrance gates (LL, MM) off the BART Plaza.
Disabled Access Seating
Wheelchair accessible seats are available for sale throughout Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. With the exception of the bleachers, all disabled seating is reserved. Companion seating is available at all wheelchair seating areas. All seating is subject to availability. To purchase ADA seating for coliseum concerts and family shows please contact Ticketmaster. For Oakland Athletics ADA seating please contact (877) 493-BALL. Guests who are inside the Coliseum and require reseating to accessible areas can be assisted by an Event Representative.

Please note: due to California COVID-19 guidelines, all water fountains are currently closed, please plan accordingly.
Drop Off Locations
Guests can enter through the main 66th Avenue entrance to be directed to the drop off location. Guests can also be dropped off at the Coliseum BART Station, then walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Coliseum.
Ejection
The Oakland Athletics, the MLB, AEG or Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum management, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the game, attempts to enter the playing field or who fails to comply with any Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum policies or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund.
Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering the coliseum, ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket.
Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Failure to comply will result in ejection.
Elevators
Westside of the stadium: Three elevators provide guests with disabilities access to the Club Concourse area. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club Entrance across from Oakland Arena.
Eastside of the stadium: Three elevators provide guests with disabilities access to all levels of the Eastside seating area, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, Eastside Club Suites and Eastside Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the Main Concourse at Section 143 or via the BART Plaza.
Field Level Sections: Wheelchair accessible seating located in the Lower Box or MVP Box, Row 20, can be reached via the elevator located in Section 101 near the right field corner. This elevator is staffed by a Guest Services Team Member who will assist guests as they access the Lower Cross Aisle from the Main Concourse.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency please notify the nearest usher or security guard, or visit the West Side Customer Accommodations Office. To report any conduct concerns on event day, text your message and location to (510) 500-8787. Stadium Personnel will confirm your message and respond as appropriate.
Evacuation
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum; fans will be given instructions via the public address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.

Exit & Re-Entry Privileges
Exiting and re-entering the stadium with the same ticket is NOT permitted. Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum is a "no re-entry" facility.

Food & Beverage

For Oakland Athletics games:
- Fans can bring food into the ballpark as well as sealed, non-alcoholic drinks of 20 oz. or less. No cans or glass bottles will be allowed. Please note: due to California guidelines, all water fountains will be closed, please plan accordingly.
- Mobile concessions - No concourse concessions will be available to begin the season. Fans can order limited concession offerings on their mobile devices to be delivered directly to their seats or for pickup. Place a mobile order

Guest Conduct
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum strives to provide an entertaining and safe environment for all of our patrons. Fans who are found guilty of public intoxication, using offensive language, throwing objects or any other behavior deemed by Guest Services Representatives as disruptive or dangerous in nature are subject to ejection from the venue. The Oakland Athletics also adhere to their respective league's Fan Code of Conduct, which sets forth expected standards of decorum for all fans attending games.
Guest Services
Guest services booths are located on the main concourse outside of section 128 and on the upper concourse outside of section 215.
If you need assistance, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative, (i.e. ushers, ticket takers, and security) with any questions or concerns during a game or other event at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Guest services staff will assist you with any needs and will help direct you to services throughout the facilities.
Guests may also send a text message to 510.500.8787 and include your section, row and seat number where you need assistance. Please note this number cannot accept text messages that include videos or photos.
Lost & Found
Lost and Found articles are left at Guest Services located on the Main Concourse outside of section 126 until the end of an event. Lost, Stolen, Destroyed, Forgotten Tickets
Lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed concert and family show tickets should contact TicketMaster customer service at 1-800-462-2849.
Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in Oakland Arena. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and denied entrance to Oakland Arena.

The Coliseum BART station is located within convenient walking distance from Oakland Arena. Both BART and AC Transit make frequent stops at the Coliseum BART station, which is located on the east side of Oakland Arena and is connected to Oakland Arena via the overpass pedestrian bridge. Re-Entry Policy
No re-entry is permitted after you have exited Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum turnstiles or gates. Please see a Guest Services Representative at the gate if you have extenuating circumstances.

Security
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum staff is committed to ensuring a safe and fun environment for everyone. As a security measure, coolers, backpacks and other large bags are not allowed into the Coliseum. Venue staff will deny entry into the facility to those who carry any of the items mentioned until they are stored elsewhere by the ticket holder. Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum will not assume the responsibility for the storage of any of these items.
Rideshare
Guests taking rideshare at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum events will need to proceed to the Coliseum BART Station. The Coliseum BART Station is located on the East side of Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and is accessible by a pedestrian walk-over bridge. Visit the Getting Here page for more info
Smoking Policy
No smoking of any kind is permitted in Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Patrons who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from the venue. Contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.

Ticket Re-Selling Policy
Oakland City Ordinance No. 7311 CMS, Section 6-3.19, prohibits the sale of tickets and any other articles (except at authorized ticket booths) within any public building, or on public grounds at Oakland Arena or Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and public parking lots adjacent thereto. Those found selling tickets on Oakland Arena or Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum property are subject to arrest.

Will Call
The “Will Call” window is located on the Plaza Level at the Oakland Arena Box Office. Will Call tickets are available for pickup on the scheduled event day. Guests picking up tickets at “Will Call” are required to show a valid photo ID in their name. The name on the valid photo ID must match the name on the will call ticket envelope. No exceptions to his policy can be made.
Please note Will Call tickets may only be picked up on the day of the scheduled event.
